Proposal For PASB Presented at SALMUN '08: the brand new polemic subject

I've heard many people discussing about the new proposal for integrating students from public schools at PASB. Maybe some people want to go over certain points. (I know that this will probably be a heated debate, which will make it, all in all, more interesting and maybe help us improve/change the current proposal)
Looking forward to knowing your views.

Debate Area Rules

Guys,

Ana's initiative of starting a new (and first) debate topic is awesome

But let's not forget that this is a forum, so everyone sees what you post -- make sure you are not offensing anyone (you can [edit] your post to modify it)

It is in the interest of the class to have a clear, argumentated, but heated debate, so I'll check out any abuse -- even if I am almost sure that it won't happen, I prefer to set the rules now, not at the middle of the debate.

Congratulations ...
